Alison Nixon is a Health & Wellbeing Coach who bases her practice on cutting edgescience-based protocols and a nutritional approach. She is the co-author of the cookbook “What’s left to Eat?” which was a number one best seller on Amazon and a winner of Health Coach of the Year in the 2017 Kent Health & Beauty Awards.

Alison specialises in individualised health consultations, health and wellbeing workshops and keynote speeches in the UK and Canada. She is very passionate about helping people to reach their optimal health and wellbeing; and views nutritious
eating, daily movement, and healthy habits as crucial components of our daily lives.

She designs individual programs for women who feel tired all the time and have noenergy, are unhappy with their weight, feel overwhelmed and suffer from stress.
