Giraffe HR is run by Victoria Williamson, a mum with 2 children. Having worked in HR for over 15 years, Victoria then spent a few years providing voluntary HR support to a large local church, while working part time for small local charity.
Recognising the need for an affordable and local HR solution for the growing number of local small businesses, and recognising that while churches are increasingly employing staff where they previously depended on volunteers, they often lack the skills and knowledge for this to happen smoothly, Victoria decided to establish Giraffe HR in 2017.
